I am a Research and Development Librarian at the University of Virginia. I am the project lead on Blacklight, an open source library catalog (a.k.a. OPAC). I also develop custom software for faculty research projects, and I am a technical consultant for eIFL-FOSS, a non-profit organization working to promote the use of open source for libraries in the developing world.
