Kelly Dingee is a Sourcing Researcher and Technical Writer with AIRS-A Company of The RightThing. In addition to her research and course development duties, Kelly also trains all AIRS classes. She is the editor of the AIRS Sourcing Report, which provides free sourcing tips and information on a monthly basis. Monthly she explores how Boolean commands, especially underutilized XRay and FlipSearch commands, can improve a recruiters online searches for candidates.
