Andrea R. Baker is the Director of Technology for Navstar, Inc. and a Social Web Evangelist.

Andrea served in the United States Army from 1994-1998 as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and an Arabic Linguist. After getting honorably discharged from the Army, Andrea became a consultant for the Federal Government. Andrea’s background originally started in web design and development when she served in the Army. Andrea has moved up from development and design over the years to technical lead and project manager.
