I am happy to talk about almost any aspect of Wikimedia/Wikipedia, including workshop/tutorial, governance, privacy, biographies of living people, interaction with museums and organizations, nonprofit strategy, culture, licensing, copyright/patent/trademark issues, Wikipedia in schools, gender balance and gender issues, humor, free speech/censorship, quality, and internationalism.

(I can briefly cover technical infrastructure, but would recommend others to give a full talk.)

I can also talk about free culture and free content licensing in general.

Joy Fulton, Managing Web Editor for GSA's Regions

Joy Fulton is a geek and a communications, content and marketing expert who has worked in online and print media. Joy is the managing editor for GSA's eleven regions, and helps their clients locate key products, services and contacts around the world. She recently participated in Gov 2.0 Camp, http://www.government20club.org/ , held March 27 - 28, 2009, at the Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, DC.

Mackenzie is working on her undergraduate degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Security and Information Assurance. She spends her downtime trying to make Ubuntu a better distribution. A history lover, she can expound upon the effects of the Norman Conquest or the lives of the women who pioneered the computing field. Laura Raderman

Laura's speaking skills bring together several topics surrounding security. Her specializations are network and UNIX security. She is also active in PKI development and management, like how to actually use those certificates you spent so much for.

Laura comes from a UNIX system administrator background, with fluency in OS X, FreeBSD, Linux (Debian and RedHat/Fedora), Solaris, and even some HP-UX and AIX thrown in.

Lately, she's been managing groups of security professionals for such tasks as defining requirements, developing secure code, and penetration testing.

Jessica M. Moss is a Microsoft SQL Server MVP and a business intelligence mentor with Solid Quality Mentors. An MCDBA, MCTS: SQL Server 2005 BI, and MCITP: SQL Server 2005 BI, Jessica has been working with the SQL Server 2005 Business Intelligence suite for the past several years. While working at a major clothing retailer, she had the opportunity to work with the SQL Server 2005 TAP program, developing both Integration Services packages and Reporting Services reports in CTPs and Beta versions.
